Assistant Leader of Wellbeing

About the role

This full-time, permanent position combines teaching in any KLA with Assistant Leader of Wellbeing duties at the Regents Park Campus. The role coordinates pastoral and academic support, student wellbeing, behaviour and faith engagement, while mentoring staff and using student data to improve support. The teaching appointment is permanent, while the one-point leadership assignment is temporary for up to three years, starting Thursday, 28 January 2027, with a coordinator allowance.
