About the role
Fixed-term, full-time Deputy Principal – Wellbeing role for 2027, reporting to the Principal and joining the Executive Team. The role leads K–12 student wellbeing, behaviour, pastoral care, engagement and safeguarding, including the Wellbeing Framework, multi-tiered support, data-informed interventions and staff development.
