About the role
This full-time, permanent teaching position includes a two-year appointment as Head of Students for Years 7 to 10, beginning Term 1, 2027. The role sits on the Senior School Leadership Team and leads the Years 7 to 10 Mentor team, pastoral care, wellbeing, belonging, attendance, behaviour and engagement. Duties include developing wellbeing programs, using student data to guide support, overseeing events and camps, and working with families and staff.

- Knowledge of adolescent development, student safety and wellbeing practices
