About the role

Two full-time Year Level Leader positions are available on a three-year fixed-term basis, starting 27 January 2027. Each leader will oversee a Year 7 to 11 cohort, manage Homeroom teachers, work with the other leader at that year level, and support student wellbeing, pastoral care and behaviour. The roles sit within the Student Engagement Leadership Team and help establish the College’s expanding senior school.

About the school

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a Catholic secondary college in Melbourne’s west, currently serving more than 1,100 students. It is expanding to Years 11 and 12, with enrolments expected to reach 1,600 by 2028, and offers a Catholic education shaped by its mission and values.
