VET Coordinator/Careers Coordinator

About the role

This full-time role leads VET coordination and careers guidance for Years 7–12 students, including pathway advice, subject choices, work placements and partnerships with training providers, employers, TAFE, universities and community groups. The coordinator contract is for three years, with a possible further three years; the associated teaching position is permanent and includes classroom, co-curricular and student support duties. Applicants may seek the combined role or apply separately for VET or careers coordination.

• Knowledge of regional employment opportunities
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eligibility for NESA accreditation and a NSW Working with Children Check

About the school

Red Bend Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7–12 Catholic day and boarding school in the Marist tradition, located in the Lachlan Valley in Central West New South Wales.
