Student Learning Assistant

About the role

Permanent full-time Student Learning Assistant in the Senior School Learning Support team, working during term time from 8:00am to 3:30pm, five days a week. Starting Term 1, 2027, the role supports secondary students with diverse learning needs in classrooms, small groups and individual sessions. Duties include implementing learning plans and adjustments, supporting assessment arrangements, recording support provided, and contributing to supervision and co-curricular activities.

• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with teachers and learning support staff
• Commitment to student independence, wellbeing and inclusion
• Certificate III or IV in Education Support, or willingness to train
