Director of Wellbeing

About the role

Lead the pastoral and academic care of students at a Catholic boys’ secondary school, supporting students, staff and families with behaviour and wellbeing matters. The role includes leadership of student wellbeing, strong classroom management and inclusive learning practice. It is full-time and permanent, with the Director of Wellbeing appointment offered for up to three years while the teaching position remains permanent; the role includes a coordinator allowance and starts Thursday, 28 January 2027.

About the school

Marcellin College Randwick is a Catholic systemic secondary school for boys in Years 7–12, with about 980 students. It follows the Marist tradition and supports Catholic faith values, active learning, student development and lifelong learning.
