Temporary Full-Time Music Teacher (5-12) with the possibility of Acting Head of Department (Parental Leave)

About the role

This is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term Music teaching position across Years 5–12, from 22 January to 3 December 2027. The successful applicant may also take on the Acting Head of Department role during parental leave. The work includes teaching NESA Music courses and contributing to curriculum, assessment and reporting programmes.

• Strong knowledge of current teaching approaches
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
• Experience developing and reviewing Music programmes
• Knowledge or experience with the IB Music syllabus
