Lead the new Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care service for children aged 5–12, covering daily operations, programs, staffing, compliance and administration. This is a permanent, full-time Children’s Services Employee Level 8 Director position starting 18 January 2027, with the service due to begin in April 2027. You will have around 11 weeks to establish the service, including recruiting staff and developing its programs, systems and culture, with support from senior leaders.
