About the role

Learning Support Teacher Assistants help students with additional needs participate in Years 7–12 classes and succeed at school. Two positions are available from 28 January 2027: a maternity-leave role through 10 October 2027 and a permanent part-time role, both 57.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 45-minute unpaid break. The permanent role includes 34.5 permanent hours per fortnight and 23 temporary hours during 2027; pay is $38.32 per hour, averaged over term time.

• Current anaphylaxis, CPR and first aid qualifications
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Education Support certificate or similar experience preferred

About the school

St Francis De Sales Regional College is a Catholic co-educational day and weekly boarding school for Years 7–12 students from Leeton, Narrandera and nearby rural communities in the Riverina.
