Deputy Principal - College Operations & Student Wellbeing

About the role

Lead college operations and student wellbeing as part of the senior leadership team, working with the Principal across learning, Catholic identity, community engagement, compliance and school improvement. This is a full-time, fixed-term role from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2028, with 0.7 leadership release and a 0.3 class load. The position is Deputy Principal, Category B, Level 3, requiring VIT registration, a National Police Check, a driver licence and Catholic leadership accreditation.

About the school

St Anne’s College is a co-educational Catholic Foundation to Year 12 school in Kialla, south of Shepparton, with about 500 students. Established in 2019, it belongs to the Sandhurst Diocese and centres its community on faith, wisdom, learning, prayer, service and student support.
