About the role

This full-time RTLB position supports kaiako and ākonga across Years 1–10, with a focus on inclusive learning and behaviour support. It is a fixed-term, 20-week appointment covering study leave, from 28 January to 2 July 2027, with one MU and one SDA. The role works across Te Horanui Cluster 36 schools; a Lemonwood Grove School office base is likely but negotiable, and a private vehicle is required.

Te Horanui RTLB Cluster 36 is a team of 19 RTLB supporting 60 schools across Selwyn, Banks Peninsula, Malvern, Methven and Ashburton. The cluster is working with Ministry of Education colleagues to implement the Learning Support Delivery Model.
